Sumario:This paper is derivarated from a monograph in Social Sciences, in wich the theme identity emerged from the one of the interlocutor’s speech, as one of the central debates to understand the experiences of black lesbians and dykes that live on the outskirts. The aim is to analyze the construction of identities and self-affirmation of black lesbian women and dykes, from their experiences in the neighborhood of Pernambués, located in the city of Salvador - Bahia. Through a qualitative approach, the research sought to understand the intersection of social markers, such as gender, race, class, sexuality and territory, designating social places, classifications, hierarchies and specific vulnerabilities of black lesbian women and/or dykes. In this process, it was possible to identify narratives related to the experience of intersectional violence, but also about the processes of building an identity referenced on the rescue of self-esteem and resignification.
