| Sumario: | Against the usual association of poetry to the expression of a certain subjectivity, twentieth century’s poetry has passed through a process of depersonalization, especially in the so-called "committed poetry”. From the case of the Argentine poet Juan Gelman (1930-2014), we aimed at investigating as said poetry, anti-lyric by its very definition, becomes more committed the less that commitment appears on the text and the more subjective the text is – an apparent paradox made possible through the dialectic movement between text and society. |
