Sumario:The incompatibility between sustainable development and production and consumptionpatterns suggests that organizations incorporate sustainable management practices into their businesses, in order to reconcile theeconomic growth with environmental and social issues. The demands of different customer profiles at all times force the hotel sector to transform itself to implement it at the heart of operations hotels, the three main pillars of sustainability: economic, social and environmental, aiming atrisk reduction, cost reduction, revenue increase and brand strengthening.
