Descrição
Resumo:The objective of this article is to describe comprehensively the relations between social pedagogy, social education and popular education, pointing out as affinities between these knowledges, their imbrications and the formation of the social educators before them. The methodological perspective adopted was the phenomenology associated with bibliographic and historical research. The historical vocation of man is “to be subject” of himself with another world, and the social educator as subject that is his professional daily life, produces resistance to be and lead to the other (educate) and also existing. Social Pedagogy intertwined with Social Education and Popular Education affirm their differences, but without strange or ideological concepts, it would be, thus, a “viable inedit”, believing in another educational and civilizing process that, in fact, has already occurs on the margins of several Brazilian peripheries.
