| Sumario: | Sexual violations were an important weap on for the control and submission of prisoners in wars and dictatorships, especially female bodies. Such aggressions are the result of violent situations or the misogynistic character of certain historical moments, especially in authoritarian societies. In, sexual violence against women becomes an important submission tool used not only in individual subjects / bodies, but also over the entire social group in which these women are inserted. This article aims to analyze the gender and power relations, present in the sexual violations of women, by the military, inside prisons of the Brazilian dictatorship. To account for such an undertaking, we will use the testimonies recorded in there ports of the Comissão Nacional da Verdade, in which it became evident the use of sexual violence as an instrument of domination and control over the bodies of women considered to be contrary to the regime. |
