| Sumario: | The article discusses the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies from the perspective of the production of digital media for Education. This is a qualitative-quantitative research that aims to analyze the interaction potential of visual Storytelling that allows an interpretation of metacognitive creation through photographs, sounds, colors and texts. From the perspective that this digital media can be used as a teaching and learning resource in an introductory discipline of the Library and Documentation course at UFBA in the attending learning modality it starts with the question of how the use of visual Storytelling can enhance the interactive process of the student. It is concluded that visual Storytelling can be used as a methodological resource in the teaching-learning process, with a view to enabling the collective construction and sharing of knowledge in an interactive way in a society connected to new ways of sociability and cultures. |
