| Summary: | This work has as its object of study the educational funding and financial management autonomy contained in the Future-se program, presented by the Ministry of Education (MEC) on July 17, 2019. From this analysis, it is intended to answer the following questions: which Future-se conceptions of financial management autonomy? How do approximations between the private and public entities contained in the program influence the autonomy of federal universities? What would be the impacts of the program for the Federal Institutions of Higher Education in terms of its funding? To answer such questions, questions will be asked through the analysis of immanent documents. In this way, we seek to demonstrate how the program changes the concept of financial management autonomy, placing universities under the logic of the market and business management, meeting the demands of neoliberalism and submitting public higher education to the guidelines of international organizations. |
