Descripción
Sumario:This article proposes a reflection on the Program “Institutos e Universidades Empreendedoras e Inovadoras” (Entrepreneurial and Innovative Institutes and Universities Program), called by the Ministry of Education "Future-se". Our proposal is to reflect, based on the key studies of the french philopher Michel Foucault in discourse analysis, about the power and resistance relations, considering the need to think about power in a capillarized way, to understand that resistence produces strategies,12 which leads us to analyze resistances, to know the power. In this sense, we analyze conditions of emergence of the proposal “Future-se”, taking into account that it emerged in an enunciative network in which, connected to other discourses that build the sovereignty of the entrepreneurial way of managing institutions and daily life, it integrates knowledge and power device for population control.
