| Sumario: | The study aims to map the productions in the Theses and Dissertations databases of CAPES and the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations on the working day in Early Childhood Education, from the implementation of Law nº 11,738/2008, and to understand how processes in municipal systems. The theoretical-methodological framework of the research was guided by a critical and dialectical approach, with theoretical support built by Gramsci (1982; 2006), and a bibliographic survey. The results showed that there was an implementation of the working day policy, but it occurred through different arrangements of the municipal systems to meet the appreciation of the teaching profession. |
