Sumario:The work investigates how the pedagogical coordinator has acted in the promotion of collective work in school environments in Mato Grosso do Sul. For this, initially a literature review was carried out, then the application of an online form for teachers with questions about collective work and finally brings a quantitative-qualitative analysis of the answers of the forms. The research showed that most teachers consider that activities of a collective nature are developed, on the other hand, they also responded that there are individualistic postures, of superiority and competitiveness among teachers. It can be concluded that the pedagogical coordinator has latently suggested collective work, but that the bureaucratic load of work makes it impossible to carry out this sphere in school environments.
