Sumario:Our objective is to explore and analyze the various aspects of leadership, based on established concepts and emphasizing the importance of leadership within the organizational context, as well as how this role directly influences either positive or negative outcomes for specific organizations. We also aim to identify different types of leadership and their impacts on organizational performance.Our research method was based on bibliographic research, which, according to Gil (2008), is "developed based on material already prepared, consisting mainly of books and scientific articles." This type of research does not involve the collection of primary data, but rather the selection, interpretation, and discussion of secondary sources such as books, theses, dissertations, articles, and others. Leadership is an essential factor for organizational success, directly influencing team performance, company culture, and overall results. We will address different leadership styles, such as autocratic, transformational, and servant leadership. A leader not only guides but also inspires and works alongside their team, promoting innovation and sustainable growth. In this context, we will discuss topics related to the proposed theme and its characteristics.
