| Sumario: | Objective: to analyze the contributions of the convergence between Informaton Design (ID) and Digital Curation (DC), interdisciplinary to Information Science (IS), in the context of laboratory actions of the collection of the Museum of the School of Philosophy and Sciences, São Paulo State University (Unesp), Marília campus. Specific objectives: list and present ID resources associated with DC actions in museum digital environments; report the dynamics between categorization and hotspots in creating hyperlinks; propose a model of standardized physical description; present the image registration process, contextualized in an experimental environment of the Research Laboratory in Design and Information Retrieval (Ladri), between 2017 and 2019. Methodology: the article is qualitative in nature based on the level of theoretical-exploratory research. A bibliographic survey was carried out on the areas of IS, ID and DC to relate it to the theme of museums. Subsequently, this article presented the articulation of the theoretical foundation with the laboratory actions performed in the collection. Results: the possibilities of digitization, presentation and sharing of museum collections in digital environments through the convergence between ID and DC within the scope of IS are highlighted. The digitization of collections stands out, consisting of three actions linked to the adjacent museum: categorization, physical description and image registration. Conclusions: it was found that the practices for the development, execution and conceptualization of the digitization of the museological collection were improved by the resources of the ID and the DC actions that, converged, actively act for the organization, representation and presentation of the information, enhancing its access and sharing, and contribute to the documentation and preservation of memory and culture. |
