| Resumo: | This study aimed to understand the perspective of the co-operated on the cooperative where they are associates, when it comes to the significance of a co-operative organization, besides seeking to identify its principal demands, suggestions, expectations and problems. In order to achieve this goal, it was used a case study of a grangers cooperative located in the state of Minas Gerais. The results show that a review of values and principles by the members, who must reach a better balance between their individual interests and their collective interests while co-operated. The lack of qualification of the cooperative managers appears as the triggering factor of motivation loss, lack of participation and low commitment. The final considerations on the subject point out the necessity to foster continuous co-operative education in the co-operative environment.Key-words: Cooperative management; Cooperated; Cooperative education. |
