Within this framework, it stresses the wide-held 1l0tio1l that thedYllamics ofthis llew mode of society favours a type of economic alld social developmelltthat is ecologically more sustainable, principally because the new developmelltparadigm celltres 011illformation and information-related activities. The question ofthe ways that this lIew development paradigm may 01'may not affect the socalled latedevelopillg countries is also addressed. |
