| Sumario: | Covid-19 caused the cancellation of festivities and made it impossible for quadrilheiros juninos to perform their activities. The objective was to check how the interruption of june festivities affected the quadrilheiros during COVID-19, pointing out the participation and receipt of resources through cultural funding notices. It's described as a cross-sectional study with a non-probabilistic sample. The data was collected through a questionnaire published online to the Quadrilhas Juninas Federations of States and Juninos Northeast Groups, using the snowball technique, and descriptive data analysis. 115 northeast quadrilheiros juninos were involved in the research. It was noticed that most of the volunteers that participated in the cultural funding notices and were rewarded 61 (53%). Regarding the receipt of municipal, state and/or federal resources, it was pointed out that 42 (37%) did not receive them. Thus, it was possible to notice that there was a lack of concern about culture during the pandemic. |
