| Sumario: | The objective of this study was to evaluate and compare the level of CTP (Tactical Procedural Knowledge) of athletes in the under-11 and under-17 male categories of the Garopaba Tigrinhos Football School. Research becomes important because there are no studies comparing tactical procedural knowledge in initiation and tactical procedural knowledge with experience through practice. The study is a descriptive, quantitative, cross-sectional research. The sample consisted of 12 athletes, 6 athletes aged between 9 and 11 years and 6 athletes aged between 15 and 17 years. The test of TCTP-OE (Tactical Procedural Knowledge Test-Sports Guidance) Was used to analyze the CTP of each athlete. In The descriptive analysis, the values of mean and standard deviation and relative and absolute frequency were considered. The comparative analysis of the dependent variable with the independent variables was used the T test for the independent samples for the distribution of the sample considered normal, and for the abnormal distribution, a non-parametric inferential statistic was used Was considered the significant value of p≤0.05 for all analyses. As results, it was observed that the under-17 category was higher than the under-11 category in the CTP variable, so we opted for the scientific hypothesis for this variable and the null hypothesis for the others, this result corroborates with the findings of Giacomini and Greco, They pointed out a relationship between the date of birth (relative age) and the tactical performance of football players. It was Concluded that the under-17 category was higher in the analysis of the tactical procedural knowledge. |
