| Sumario: | The text aims at discussing the feasibility of John Rawls’s theory as an instrument to think about fair social policies. It brings out some of the concepts adopted by this author in the book A Theory of Justice which are important do discuss the issue of social policies. Its conclusion is that even though Rawls’s theory of justice has been heavily criticised, it can still offer clues to reinforce the necessity of fair social policies carried out both by society and the State. |
