Sumario:This paper presents concepts of the theory of justice developed by John Rawls and delineate the conception of the market as a polyhedral phenomenon in view to, following, support that the market regulation is the main means of state action to the pursuit of the objectives desired by a capitalist society. In the end, the conclusion is that the feasibility of a Brazilian society well-ordered and regulated from the justice conception os Rawls requires a state regulation of the market compatible with the objectives set from Rawlsians principles of justice.
