Sumario:The purpose of this work is to discuss the pedagogy of Landless Worker’s Movement through the analysis of the main pedagogical elements present in the Municipal Elementary School Construindo o Caminho. The school which is ruled by the movement has different functioning and organization from those usually found in offi cial schools, highlighting educational categories as: union between teaching and work, and democratic administration shared by students, teachers, other workers and community.
