| Sumario: | This article aims to bring a reflection on the effective inclusion of indigenous peoples in universities from an intercultural aspect, defending the constitutionality of Law 12.711/2012, which deals with the quota system for admission to universities, for both black and indigenous people. The discussion is based on the practical repercussions of the allegation of non-compliance with the fundamental precept number 186, which had the majority of favorable votes in order to declare the constitutionality of the referred law. |
