Descrição
Resumo:Intervention with families in the context of psychoanalysis can promote a facilitating environment, which provides a space for reflection and strengthening parenting. The objective was to identify, describe and analyze academic productions on the topic of psychoanalytic interventions with families. This is a systematic meta-synthesis review. Five databases were used (BVS, Capes, LILACS, PePSIC and SciELO). The final sample included 18 articles. Five thematic categories were identified: “psychoanalytic intervention with families in different contexts”; “psychoanalytic interventions with families: children with ASD or antisocial tendencies”; “psychoanalytic interventions in a context of violence or vulnerability”; “psychoanalytic intervention in the mother-baby bond”; “psychoanalytic devices: research and intervention”. The importance of psychoanalytic listening was noted; the holding and support offered to parents; the supervision space for professionals and the institutional environment responsible for interventions; use of psychoanalytic devices in intervention research.
