Sumario:This study aimed to map the scientific production of researches in field of Psychology who investigate disability in Brazil. A metasynthesis of 40 published articles was carried out of 3 groups of the Directory of Research Groups and Curriculum Lattes. The 3 research groups are located in the Southeast region, 2 of which are linked to the University of São Paulo (USP), created in 2002, and another to Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (Unesp), created in 2012. The results of the analysis indicate the presence of the Winnicottian, Socio-Historical, Historical-Cultural and Social Representations theoretical perspectives, of the concepts of disability, Special and Inclusive Education, accessibility and employability; national and international rights guarantee documents and the use of the qualitative method, with the participation of children and adults. It concludes that the establish interlocutions between the areas of Psychology and Education, and contribute in the discussions about inclusion of the person with disability.
