| Resumo: | With the purpose of contributing to analysis of tendency of the rate of use of the commodities and the work falling, under the production governed by the capital, in this article we intend to articulate the construction and reconstruction cycles of the cities and the urban space from contemporary process that allow the verification of objectivity of economic trend of capital to overlap, in the last instance, the exchange value and the use value. This economic tendency match uneven development of complex reproduction society involving the historicity, but not as predetermined condition. We'll want, in this paper, show the effects of the contemporary productions of the cities and theirs different aspects, as well as the historical validity of the tendency of the rate use value falling like living contradiction that displaced to different fields of human reproduction being a limit to full development of his capacity. |
