Sumario:The present work aims to present a view contractual law evolution to the academic community and Law operators, and also examining phatic aspects, axiological influences and legal alterations that point out the need and the better legal ease of contractual review and resolution along the history. Such objectives allow a notion of Law dynamics for taking into account the importance of contracts in day-to-day people´s life, concerning the relation fact, value and rule, as well as in the civil-constitutional relation. Besides that, it is a relevant study for the understanding of constitutional subject related to the principle of human being dignity, overall. Key words: Contractual Law. Contractual Review.
