Through the analysis of the piece Derretiré con un cerillo la nieve de un volcán (2013), by the Mexican group Lagartijas Tiradas al Sol, subjective, processual, embodied and territorializing dimensions that involve the scenic gesture of historiography are highlighted.Este artículo es parte de una investigación más amplia sobre las formas de conocimiento favorecidas por las artes escénicas. Se investiga cómo la historia y la historiografía pueden entenderse cuando aparecen enmarcadas por el lenguaje teatral. Por medio del análisis del espectáculo Derretiré con un cerillo la nieve de un volcán(2013), del grupo mexicano Lagartijas Tiradas al Sol, se resaltan las dimensiones subjetivas, procedimentales, corporeizadas y territoriales presentes en el gesto escénico de la historiografía.Este artigo integra uma pesquisa mais ampla sobre os modos de conhecer favorecidos pelas artes da cena. Em seu recorte, busca-se investigar como a história e a historiografia podem ser entendidas quando surgem enquadradas pela linguagem teatral.
