Sumario:With the aim of investigating whether intelligence, intellectual giftedness (IG), academic achievement, and academic talent (AT), measured during undergraduate studies, predict subjective well-being (SWB) and employability during the transition to the labor market, this follow-up study outlines the participation of 177 people. The time interval between the first and second measurements was seven years. No statistically significant differences were found between groups with and without IG or AT in relation to employability and SWB. Multiple linear regression analyses did not identify experimental models that predicted employability based on intelligence, academic performance, IG, and AT assessed during the modality. As for SWB and its components, the model was found to be significant only for life satisfaction, with the academic performance being the only predictor variable that plays a significant role.
