Resumo:The technological development associated with globalization break out daily changes that need to be constantly attended by companies, which don’t wish to be late considering competition and trade. In soccer and sport marketing it isn’t different. Searching for financial stability, soccer clubs are reviewing their communication concepts and approach to the target audience, using technology, interactivity, accessibility and other benefits that internet can offer to those who use it. Grêmio Foot-Ball Porto Alegrense and Sport Club Internacional, the main soccer clubs of Rio Grande do Sul, are the protagonists of tough battles inside and outside of the soccer field and both of them don’t tolerate lose to its rival in any activity. Inside of this context, this present dissertation study the website of each soccer team and search to understand the communication strategies and approach used by the soccer teams with your biggest asset: the supporter, detaching positive and negative aspects in each case.
