| Resumo: | This text presents the dossier Bourgeoisie and extreme right in Brazil. A dossier about this theme becomes necessary in Brazil due to the rise of the extreme right and the election of the Bolsonaro administration. In this process, it is possible to identify a trend: the cooption of extreme-right movements by the bourgeoisie. As a political movement traditionally originate din the middle sectors of capitalist societies, the rise of the extreme right is accompanied by the influence, interference, and domination of the ruling class over the process. A dynamic of cooptation from above, in the past and present, and towards the constitution of political hegemony. In this way, we present theoretical and analytical articles that capture the relationship among the extreme right, the bourgeoisie, and other political agents in Brazil. |
