| Sumario: | The aim of the present work was to investigate how Organizational Culture influences the development of bonds between the individual and the organization. As a conceptual framework, the theory that defined Consent and Entrenchment as organizational links was used, in addition to the classic studies on Commitment. To this end, a Case Study was developed in the Military Police of the State of Santa Catarina. It was concluded that all elements of culture demonstrated to contribute to the subjects' perception about the organization, influencing their desire to remain in it and developing, to a greater or lesser extent, the commitment, consent and entrenchment. |
