| Sumario: | The article presents the excerpt of a more comprehensive research related to the Direct Money in School Program (PDDE), with the objective of analyzing the (in) execution of the resources of the basic PDDE by the executing entities (EEx) of the state networks in the three states of the southern region of Brazil, in the years 2018 to 2021. It presents the transfers and balances in the accounts of the state executing entities (EEx) of the southern region of the country in the period presented. It analyzes the percentage of execution of the transferred resources and the balances in the accounts of these entities. He points out that the beneficiaries are the small schools in the countryside and the schools with different locations - remaining communities of quilombos, indigenous lands and settlement areas. The data were analyzed quantitative-qualitatively, using the documentary analysis of the official documents related to the program, public reports, quantitative data collected from the FNDE and the bibliographical references on the theme. In the three states, the execution was partial throughout the period analyzed, which was evident by the significant volume of resources in the accounts at the end of each year, preventing, in a certain way, the access of these schools to the Program. |
