| Resumo: | Informing, demystifying concepts, breaking taboos and fighting prejudices, are socially responsible practices of an entire society, but above all of the school, which, due to its welcoming, influential and reflective characteristics, undeniably promotes meetings and discussions of the most varied human groups and characterizations. In its regular daily context, the school covers in its daily life, socio-behavioral, emotional, ethnic-racial, economic, gender and sexuality aspects and, therefore, the adoption of postures to combat prejudice and to value inclusion of diversity in its varied dimensions, they show themselves to be increasingly relevant and urgent, meeting demands for the search for equality rights and opportunities, which are so sought after in our current society. Thinking about contributing, identifying and recognizing pedagogical behaviors that promote the expansion and awareness of sexual and gender diversity, we seek to demonstrate, through bibliographic research, that the school can be a promoter to face prejudice and bullying, capable of break through historically constructed socio-behavioral barriers. |
