Descripción
Sumario:This paper establishes the relationship between neoliberalism and governance in brazilian public policies. It aims to problematize its implementations. It uses bibliographic research as a method. It contextualizes the emergence and development of neoliberalism and its insertion in Brazil from federal governments. It then correlates with the history and guidelines of governance, considered a current public administration reform. Discusses its implementation in the Brazilian public administration. The main results point to the fact that, in Brazil, governments are reintroducing neoliberal policy models in parallel with the legitimation of governance. It is concluded that governance needs to be problematized by neoliberal logic, in order to be observed by a critical theoretical basis that highlights the role of the state in the construction and implementation of public policies.
