Ando also contributing to children care, to promote diversity and in their social relations with other ethnic groups. I comprehend that the training of education professionals, theoretically grounded on the foundations understanding of law and actions aimed that its implementation enables the childhood in educational institutions is treated as a historical, social, cultural and political constructions.

I comprehend that the training of education professionals, theoretically grounded on the foundations understanding of law and actions aimed that its implementation enables the childhood in educational institutions is treated as a historical, social, cultural and political constructions.Este texto tiene el objetivo de presentar algunas reflexiones sobre la implementación de la ley 10.639/2003, cambiada por la Ley 11.645/2008, que determina: “en los establecimientos de enseñanza básica y de escuela secundaria, públicos y privados, la obligación del estudio de historia y cultura afro-brasileña e indígena” como posibilidad de construcción de nuevas experiencias y de una formación de profesores que propicie conocimiento sobre las diferentes culturas, pueblos e historias. También, que contribuya para que los niños sean bienvenidos para la valorización de su diversidad y para su vivencia en las relaciones sociales con otros grupos étnicos. Comprendo que la formación de profesionales da educación, basada teóricamente en la comprensión de los fundamentos de la ley y en acciones que visen su implementación, hace posible que la infancia en las instituciones de educación sea tratada como una construcción histórica, social, cultural y política.Este texto visa apresentar algumas reflexões sobre a implementação da lei 10.639/2003, alterada pela Lei 11.645/2008 –, que determina: “nos estabelecimentos de ensino fundamental e de ensino médio, públicos e privados, a obrigatoriedade do estudo da história e cultura afro-brasileira e indígena” como possibilidade de construção de novas experiências e de uma formação de professores que propicie conhecimento sobre as diferentes culturas, povos e histórias; que contribua para o acolhimento das crianças, para a valorização de sua diversidade e para a sua convivência nas relações sociais com outros grupos étnicos.
