| Sumario: | The article aims to reflect on best ways to deal with juridical effects of measures to combat COVID-19 pandemic in Brazil. It proposes to encourage the use of consensual forms of conflict resolution, alternative or complementary to the Judiciary branch. Self-compositional methods such as negotiation, mediation and conciliation, which are legally provided, can allow adequate solutions to minimize the economic effects of the pandemic, especially its impacts in the field of obligations, to deal with breached contracts. Dialogue and understanding, more than the conflicts judicialization, is the way to minimize some of the legal effects of social isolation on Brazilians lives. |
