Descrição
Resumo:This article aims to problematize the production of lesbians, gays, transvestites and transsexuals subjectivities and discuss about some pedagogical propositions of coping with homophobia at school. The text was produced based on theoretical assumptions from the foucauldian perspective and from the Queer theory. We discussed about the understanding of standard, abnormality and normality and debated about some educational spaces that constitute LGBT subjects, such as the school, the family, the media and the religious institutions. We presented some discussion strategies of homofobia in the scholastic space, emphasizing the importance of the production of didactic-pedagogical resources that contribute to the minimization of prejudice the in scholastic and academic environments.
