Descripción
Sumario:In this 2020 we are living in an exceptional time, starting from an unprecedented situation that, although it has been written in several film scripts, we had never confronted. We experienced a socio-corporal distancing framed in a global policy of preventive quarantine that has disrupted social institutions, lifestyles and subjective sensibilities. One of these institutions is the school, which for the first time in its history has been forced to close its physical doors inopportunely. In this short essay I ask myself how, in these times of pandemic, the space-time coexistence of school and home is reconfigured on the basis of three axes: school temporality, school format and contexts of educational inequality. I interpret that the absence of the materiality of schooling makes its potential even more visible.
