| Sumario: | Digital transformation is essential for modernizing administrative processes and ensuring access to information, encompassing document digitization and organizational restructuring through technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation. At the Federal Institute of Mato Grosso (IFMT), this transformation not only complies with legislation but also fosters a culture of transparency and accountability. This article investigates the relationship between public transparency and digital transformation at IFMT by analyzing practices before and after the implementation of SUAP and AFD, in order to assess their impacts on administrative efficiency and identify areas for improvement. The methodology is qualitative, involving a case study of IFMT, including a literature review and exploratory research. The results indicate significant advancements in transparency and administrative efficiency, with reduced response times and improvements in document management, although challenges such as cultural resistance from veteran staff and a lack of investment in infrastructure and training still persist. |
