| Sumario: | This paper presents the results of the formative workshops held with teachers of the 3rd phase of EJA in Manaus. Initially, a statistical survey of the ADE tests was done for 704 students in this phase, which allowed the identification of critical skills in the math test through psychometric instruments. Based on these skills, training workshops were developed for the teachers of the Eastern District Division II, in three meetings, addressing the main aspects related to these skills. The goal was to discuss and reflect about methodologies that allow new planning with the concepts involved, as well as to develop training focused on this audience, since these teachers do not have specific training in mathematics, but teach this subject to young people, adults and seniors. The results indicate that the students' difficulties were related to the notions of regrouping, problem solving, recognition of equality notions, and identification of spatial geometry concepts. |
