Thus tracing the course of these struggles until the enactment of Law 10.639/03, passing through the Durban Conference, finally arriving at the National Plan that aims to guide the application of the law. In order to define this trajectory, we dialogued with authors such as Nascimento (2004;1978), Gomes (2012;2017), Carneiro (2002), Santos (2005), among others.Este artículo es el resultado de discusiones sostenidas en la disertación de maestría de uno de los autores. De esta manera, se presenta metodológicamente como una investigación bibliográfica, buscando comprender los Movimientos Negros, sus caminos formativos, cuáles fueron sus objetivos y metodologías utilizadas para reducir las desigualdades y las luchas antirracistas entre el período de la esclavitud y la posabolición. Trazando así el curso de estas luchas hasta la promulgación de la Ley 10.639/03, pasando por la Conferencia de Durban, llegando finalmente al Plan Nacional que pretende orientar la aplicación de la ley. Para definir esta trayectoria dialogamos con autores como Nascimento (2004;1978), Gomes (2012;2017), Carneiro (2002), Santos (2005), entre otros.Este presente artigo é resultado das discussões realizadas na dissertação de mestrado de um dos autores. Desta forma, o se apresenta metodologicamente como uma pesquisa bibliográfica, buscando compreender os Movimentos Negros, seus percursos formativos, quais eram seus objetivos e metodologias utilizadas para a redução das desigualdades e lutas antirracistas entre o período escravocrata e no pós-abolição.  Traçando assim o percurso destas lutas até a promulgação da Lei 10.639/03, passando pela Conferência de Durban, chegando por fim no Plano Nacional que visa nortear a aplicação da lei.
