| Sumario: | This article is the result of discussions held in the master's dissertation of one of the authors. In this way, it presents itself methodologically as a bibliographic research, seeking to understand the Black Movements, their formative paths, what were their objectives and methodologies used to reduce inequalities and anti-racist struggles between the slavery period and post-abolition. Thus tracing the course of these struggles until the enactment of Law 10.639/03, passing through the Durban Conference, finally arriving at the National Plan that aims to guide the application of the law. In order to define this trajectory, we dialogued with authors such as Nascimento (2004;1978), Gomes (2012;2017), Carneiro (2002), Santos (2005), among others. |
