| Sumario: | We intend to analyze Marx´s relation with the matter of Justice. First, it is key to show how that sphere is intimately related to the distribution and the circulation of commodities. According to Marx, it occurs as long as production itself is not actually analyzed. It is presupposed. After that, we will make explicit the relation between abstract work and the form of equality present in the capitalist society. In the end, it will be clear that Marx is a critic of Justice and sees it as inseparable from the juridical sphere. |
