| Sumario: | The purpose of this study is to verify how conceptual dimensions of organizational spirituality (OE) contribute to the subjective well-being (BES) of employees in pandemic conditions of COVID-19. From a qualitative approach the data interpretation allowed the generation of categories within a theoretical model using content analysis by the Atlas.ti 9.0 software. The results of the OE categories showed the predominance of the feeling of community and emotional balance and inner peace; empathy, gratitude and solidarity associated with the participants’ SWB, as compensatory for the emotional damage in mental health arising from the pandemic. |
