| Sumario: | Implementing a Project Management Office (PMO) is a success factor for many organizations. The purpose of this article is to collect points to be analyzed during the implementation of the PMO and how it can influence the decision making of the organization's projects. The information obtained on the PMO was collected through a literature review and case study of a medium-sized organization. To be efficient, the PMO must be well implemented, must observe the reality of the organization and have the full support of top management. |
