| Sumario: | The present article aims to trigger critical reflection upon the sexuality of the blind in the interface with the image of the erotic as created by the media – one that privileges quite exclusively the sight. Emotions, however, is not particular to the sight. Affection dances to the rhythm and beats of our other senses and thus resonates through our whole body. The erotic universe of the blind is mobilized by the sounds, the whispers, the pitch of voice, the touch of hair and skin, and the smells, which play a special note in the soundtrack of their intimacy. |
