Description
Summary:This work talks about the public policies implemented by the National Council of Justice to be deployed in the Brazilian judicial system. The Resolutions 125/2010 and 225/2016 address practices aimed at the recognition of those involved in conflicts as worthy of human treatment. The Resolution 225/2016 brings the necessary referrals to the implementation of restorative practice aimed at greater attention to victims, their families and the offender rehabilitation. This vision supports, philosophically, the theory of recognition of Axel Honneth who argues that social struggles are due to the disregard of social forms of recognition of love, justice and respect.
