Descripción
Sumario:The restorative justice is a practice that has been widespread increasingly and focuses on resolving the conflict collaboratively by privileging the participation of the victim, the offender and those who somehow interfere in the context the criminal environment. In order to cause a reflection about the restorative possibilities, it's proposed the study of this method, comparing it to the current punitive system. Highlights the issue of recognition as a form of restoration and elevation of society to an ideal level of justice and should be pursued by all, in order to achieve social peace.
