Sumario:What we now present is an experience report of a process of professional training in a degree in Physical Education, with the specific curricular component that deals with corporal fights: Fight Teaching Methodology. Experience in development in the degree course in Physical Education at the State University of Feira de Santana – UEFS. The purpose of this report is to present to those interested in the subject a form, among many possible, of training that addresses the aforementioned content. It aims, therefore, in addition to serving as an example, to be the object of necessary criticism. We present a historical summary that allows us to have a quick read of the creation and consolidation of this component. We also expose the presuppositions of the discipline (problematics, objectives and evaluation), as well as its logic, that is, its form of organization (practical experiments and underlying theoretical debates). With the example of instrumentalization that we now expose, the objective is that teachers (in training) are able to reach, at the end of the discipline, the ability to abstractly formulate a synthesis about the struggles, as well as appropriating didactic forms relevant to pedagogical socialization of this human activity.
