| Resumo: | This paper aims to analyze objectively and concisely the introduction of feminicide in the Brazilian legal system, going through a discussion about the role of criminology, its evolution especially in the treatment of women, and then verifying the need for incidence of the law. criminal law in the light of Roxin's finalist rational theory, and finally, whether such a law actually translates the realization of women's fundamental rights, or whether it would be a symbolic legislation, empty and ineffective. The research has a qualitative character, based on the reflections proposed here in a bibliographic survey, with consult to articles and reference works. |
