| Sumario: | The theme of this article is the contribution of school management (pedagogical coordinator) in the process of continuing education of teachers in the school environment: perspectives for improving the quality of teaching and seeks to answer the following problem: What contributions the pedagogical coordinator can offer in the process of continuing training of teachers in the school environment? Its general objective is to analyze the contributions of the continuing education of teachers carried out by the pedagogical coordinator in the school context for the process of improving teaching. The study is subsidized by the bibliographic and qualitative method, and is theoretically based on 11 books: Azanha (1998), Minayo (2001), Bicudo (org. 2003), Domingues (2014), Amaral (2007), Gomes (2013), Lück (2013), Libâneo (2015), Lück (2015), Paro (2018), Silva (et. al 2018). The proposed research is of singular importance, as it is the contribution of the pedagogical coordinator in the in-service training of teachers who are directly linked to student learning. The study concludes that the continuing education developed by the pedagogical coordinator in the school environment brings essential contributions to quality teaching. |
