Sumario:The globalized world is constantly changing, consequently these changes extend to the job market, new skills and behaviors are required. The present study seeks to understand, in a current scenario, the main challenges for the insertion of higher education graduates into the job market. Thus, the main objective was to investigate the profile desired by the job market of professionals graduating from Administration and Accounting Sciences courses and, to this end, the following specific objectives: 1) Identify how studies have addressed the topic regarding the profile professional required by the job market; 2) Analyze the main contributions found in the national literature on the topic under study; and 3) Propose a research agenda for future studies on the topic. In particular, we intend to identify how studies have approached the topic regarding the professional profile of accountants and administrators required by the job market. In view of the general and specific objectives set, the research is characterized as descriptive, with a qualitative approach and conducted based on the design of the Integrative Literature Review. The most relevant results found concern the need to develop skills such as hard skills, soft skills and self skills.
